Well, there’s still a few minutes left before boarding so let me give you some warmth and cheerfulness with the song “Lady Brown”, from the late producer Nujabes, featuring Cise Starr from the group CYNE.
This track was sampled from a Luiz Bonfa song named “Shade of the Mango Tree”*… For sure, such a melody, with shimmering and sparkling notes, you would easily picture yourself under the shade of a mango tree, eating its fruits while you’re at it.
However, Lady Brown, as the title implies, is above all an ode to the black woman; as far as I am concerned, I am very pleased
